Joining the firm shortly after its inception, Dawn has developed the firm’s professional liability practice which defends both institutional and individual defendants from the areas of Behavorial Health, Nursing Home and Home Healthcare, traditional medical negligence matters, accounting, real estate transactions and engineers (construction) as well as legal malpractice. Dawn is an active lecturer for the Delaware Bar, Pennsylvania Bar and National Business Institute on issues involving insurance coverage disputes and maintains a practice in both states in this area as well as representing carriers in their capacity as excess insurer, assuming defense trial responsibilities at the point of tender through verdict.  In the last several years, Dawn has developed an appellate practice in both Delaware and Pennsylvania to augment her trial group.
