Eileen has significant litigation experience and background having served the needs of individuals in the area of personal injury, constitutional rights, bankruptcy, consumer warranty law, landlord/tenant, foreclosures, debt collection, and real estate. Eileen also had two successful arguments before the Supreme Court of the State of Delaware, in a family law matter and an unemployment benefits case.
While in law school, Eileen obtained membership to the law review through a superior authorship competition. She also studied international law for a semester in Padua, Italy. In her free time Eileen officiates basketball at the collegiate and varsity high school level as well being involved in the training and mentoring of new officials.
