Megan graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.A. in Philosophy, and from Widener University School of Law, where she was a member of Phi Delta Phi Harrington Inn, Honor Chapter.
Megan is an active member of the Delaware State Bar Association, where she currently serves as Secretary to the Women and the Law Section. She is also a member and past president of the Delaware Humanities Council.
