After receiving his law degree from Indiana University, Jeff clerked for Delaware Superior Court President Judge Stiftel and Senior Judge Christie. Notable activities include the position of Chief Counsel for the Contact Lens Society of America and Chief Lobbyist in the State of Delaware for State Farm Insurance Company.
