Michael T. Hamilton is a partner at Marks, O'Neill, O'Brien & Courtney. He graduated with honors and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Scranton. He continued his education at Scranton University, and graduated with honors and an M.B.A. Michael obtained his law degree from Widener University School of Law.
Prior to joining the firm, Michael was employed with the DuPont Company of Delaware from 1980 to1993 where he worked in financial areas of credit, tax, banking and financial reporting. From 1993 to 1995, he served as assistant counsel for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Medical Professional Catastrophe Loss Fund.
Michael recently successfully defended the City of Frederick, MD on a First Amendment Challenge to display the Ten Commandments monument in a city park. In addition to his active practice, Michael finds time to be a basketball referee and coach, on the Board of Directors of Naaman’s Little League and an Assistant Scout Master. |
