Danielle H. Garten-Koch graduated cum laude from Quinnipiac University with a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies and a minor in English.  She obtained her law degree from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.

Ms. Garten-Koch currently practices in the area of general liability, including labor law and construction related matters. Her practice is venued in the state and federal courts. Prior to joining Marks, O'Neill, Ms. Garten-Koch focused her career in insurance defense litigation and was an associate at a national insurance defense firm where she practiced in the area of general liability, including legal malpractice, construction and labor law. Her prior experience also included the representation of plaintiffs in all aspects of civil litigation. She has also conducted numerous trials to verdict and briefed appeals before the Appellate Division.
