John has served as the National Coordinating Attorney for a major asbestos defendant. He was appointed liaison counsel for the peripheral defendants by Judge Charles R. Weiner of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in the Asbestos Products Liability Litigation known as MDL 875.
John is also one the founding partners in the firm of Sharlock, Repcheck & Mahler which was formed in 1972. In January, 1999, Sharlock, Repcheck & Mahler merged with Marks, O'Neill, O'Brien & Courtney, P.C. |
