Andrew graduated magna cum laude from Temple University where he majored in Criminal Justice. He went on to obtain his law degree from Drexel University's Earle Mack School of Law.

During law school, Andrew completed an internship in the District Attorney's Office for Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Also, while in law school, Andrew completed a co-op for the Honorable Mark I. Bernstein in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Commerce Program and worked as a law clerk for another Philadelphia insurance defense firm.
