John attended Duquesne University School of Law and prior to and during law school, he worked as a paralegal focusing on insurance coverage litigation for environmental remediation. During law school, he also worked as a contract paralegal supervisor for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania’s Asset Forfeiture Section. His work there involved the coordination of agents from the FBI, IRS, and US Marshall’s to seize and forfeit proceed from criminal enterprises in both civil and criminal actions and litigate various innocent owner claims. |
