Richard attended Rutgers School of Law. Before law school, he attended Bucknell University. His current practice involves general litigation matters including employment disputes, class action defense, premise liability and civil rights claims. His range of legal experience includes various diciplines ranging from acquisition of land use entitlements to general insurance defense matters. He has prepared materials and performed research for Pennsylvania Bar Institute presentations. Prior to joining Marks, O'Neill, O'Brien & Courtney, P.C. he was a member of the litigation division of a large Pittsburgh based firm.
