Zachary graduated from the Schreyer Honors College at Penn State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English, where he also was awarded the Henry Sams Award for most outstanding Analytical Honors Thesis in the English Department.  He went on to obtain his law degree from the Temple University Beasley School of Law.  While attending Temple, Zachary was a member of the International & Comparative Law Journal.

Zachary also gained valuable experience during law school working as a law clerk for a medical malpractice firm and a Worker's Compensation firm, as well as working as a certified legal intern in the District Attorney's Office for Montgomery County, Pennslyvania.
