Patricia graduated from Temple University School of Law, and while she attended law school she was the Articles Editor of the Temple Law Review and clerked for the Honorable John T. J. Kelly of the Pennsylvania Superior Court. Prior to joining Marks, O'Neill, O'Brien & Courtney, P.C., Patricia served as Assistant Public Defender in Philadelphia, where she tried numerous cases.
