Mr. Anderson maintains an active general litigation practice concentrating in the areas of toxic tort, products liability, transportation and premises liability. Adam also serves his representative clients in the areas of estate planning, professional liability, debt collection and real estate law. It is in these areas of practice that Adam has been appointed both national and regional counsel for companies with a national presence. In addition to regularly litigating before the various courts to which he is admitted, Adam is also active in the Alternative Dispute Resolution arena having successfully mediated and arbitrated numerous lawsuits on behalf of his clients.
Adam graduated cum laude from Cleveland State University's Cleveland-Marshall College of law where he served as a managing editor for the Journal of Law and Health.
