Marks, O'Neill, O'Brien & Courtney, P.C.

Marc graduated from Temple University magna cum laude where he majored in finance and real estate. He then graduated cum laude from the Widener University School of Law with a Certificate in Business Organizations Law. At Widener, Marc served as Articles Editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. During his third year in law school, Marc worked as a judicial extern for Vice Chancellor Donald F. Parsons of the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware.

During his second summer in law school, Marc served as a law clerk for the Delaware Department of Justice in the Consumer Fraud Unit. Prior to attending law school, Marc worked as a corporate underwriter for a nationwide residential mortgage lender.
