Sean is a partner with the firm and the managing partner of the firm’s New Jersey office. Sean has extensive trial and appellate experience throughout the State of New Jersey. In his practice in school and constitutional law, he has appeared before the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals and briefed such matters for the United States Supreme Court. Representative cases include: SG and AG vs. Sayreville Board of Education, 333 F.3d 417(3^rd cir) 2003; 157L. ED 2d 887 U.S. Lexis 41 (U.S., 2004)

Sean graduated Albright College with a dual major in political science and economic studies. While at Villanova School of Law, Sean served as a judicial clerk to the Superior Court President Judge Vincent Cirillo. Prior to joining the firm, Sean tried numerous cases while serving as an Assistant District Attorney in the City of Philadelphia under now Justice Ronald Castille. Sean is a member of the Defense Research Institute and sits on the Employment Law Committee. He is a frequent lecturer in the areas of employment, professional liability complex litigation.

Outside of his practice, Sean also maintains involvement in the local environmental committee and serves as a board member of the local soccer association.
