Prior to joining the firm, Frances gained litigation experience in South Jersey in the area of medical malpractice. She also served as a legal extern to the Honorable John A. Sweeney after obtaining her law degree in conjunction with her Master of Business Administration degree from Rutgers University. Frances has recently been appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a District IV Fee Arbitrator.
