Sebastian graduated from American University with a Bachelor of Arts dual degree in Psychology and Literature. He went on to attend American University School of Law, and while in his third year served as an Arlington Virginia Commonwealth student Attorney. Furthermore, he was in the Dean’s Fellowship Program, Myers Moot Court Competition, the Criminal Law Society and Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity. Upon graduation he served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Steven P. Perskie of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Atlantic County.
Prior to joining the firm, Sebastian handled medical malpractice and toxic torts for a boutique firm in Washington, D.C., and also served as Product Manager and General Counsel for Ants.com in Santa Barbara, CA.
Sebastian has been with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien & Courtney since 2004. He currently supervises the New Jersey office’s mass tort litigation practice. Sebastian concentrates his practice in products liability and the defense of toxic tort actions including asbestos, silica, and benzene.
In addition to his active legal practice, in his free time, Sebastian performs magic and mind reading on a regular basis at Atlantic City Casinos and private events for Fortune 500 Companies.
