Tom served in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office from 1974 until 1985, starting while in law school. As an Assistant District Attorney, Tom prosecuted Philadelphia’s worst criminals while a part of the office’s Career Criminal Unit. As a civil litigator, Tom has defended multi-million dollar claims in the areas of products liability, toxic torts and medical negligence in over 150 jury trials.
In addition to his work as a trial lawyer, Tom continues his public service as an Administrative Hearing Officer for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Securities Commission. |
