Adam graduated cum laude from the University of Tampa in 2004, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Criminology. In 2007, Adam graduated from The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University. While in law school, Adam was an IRS-certified volunteer for The Dickinson School of Law’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. As a volunteer, he completed federal, state and local income tax returns for low-income, special needs, and elderly taxpayers. In addition to the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, Adam worked as a Legal Intern for the Pennsylvania Newspaper Association, tackling a variety of issues, including the promotion of improved Sunshine Act and Public Records laws.
