From From Westchester and Connecticut
- Take I-95 S toward NY City.
- Keep left to take I-278 W via EXIT 6B toward Triboro Bridge.
- Take the exit toward Randalls-Wards Is. / Manhattan / FDR Drive.
- Stay straight to go onto Robert F Kennedy Bridge (Portions toll).
- Merge onto FDR Drive S.
- Take the E 53 St exit, EXIT 11.
- Turn slight right onto E 53rd St.
- Turn left onto 2nd Ave.
- Turn right onto E 42nd St.
- Turn right onto 3rd Ave.
- 708 3RD AVE is on the left, just past E 44th St.
From New Jersey
- Take Lincoln Tunnel to New York City.
- Take the exit on the left toward I-495 E / 42 St / RT-9A / All Points.
- Stay straight to go onto Dyer Ave.
- Turn right onto W 42nd St. (Theatre Row Restaurant is on the right.).
- Turn left onto 3rd Ave. (3rd Ave is just past Lexington Ave. Duane Reade in Chrysler Ctr is on the left.)
- 708 3RD AVE is on the left, just past E 44th St.
From Long Island
- Merge onto I-495 W via the exit on the left toward Midtown Tun/Manhattan (Portions toll).
- Take the exit toward 38-40 STS / 37 St.
- Turn slight left onto E 37th St.
- Take the 1st right onto 3rd Ave. (If you reach Lexington Ave you've gone too far.)
- 708 3RD AVE is on the left, just past E 44th St
