Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien & Courtney’s experience in the environmental arena encompasses a wide range of areas, including federal and state statutes and regulations, remediation, implementation and contracting, and ISRA in New Jersey.  Additionally, we are involved in the defense of Superfund, Spill Act and HSCA cases as well as underground storage tank and spill actions.  The firm also handles defense, personal injury and property damage claims arising from alleged environmental hazards.
