Our coverage experience includes all aspects of defense litigation.  We provide evaluations, opinions and litigation representation involving Declaratory Judgment actions, enforcement of exclusions, limitations of coverage and policy triggers.

Our Appellate lawyers are a separate practice group available to carriers and defendants who may be dissatisfied with a trial result or defending a trial result.  They are also integrated into our firm’s trial and motion practice to help obtain the best results up front.

As counsel to our excess carriers, our attorneys are available to provide time sensitive evaluations of case value, excess exposure and verdict value, demand and accept the tender of the defense from the primary carrier and immediately substitute in as defense counsel at trial.

Our Reinsurance Practice Group enjoys both the challenges of due diligence efforts, and the complexities of reinsurance disputes.  We have been involved in prosecuting reinsurance claims through the Arbitration process, as well as defending these claims.
